Our Basic Obedience Standards
Not everyone has has the same idea on what makes a perfect companion, but mostly everyone can agree that a polite pet makes a great pet! Each of our on site Obedience Courses start with an evaluation. We will speak with you about any behavioral issues that you have seen and are concerned with, and we will watch the dog in the first few days to get a good understanding on their personality and body language to assist us in making a training plan. Through a reward system we teach each dog the basic commands SIT, HERE, HEEL and DOWN. The Basic Obedience will teach each dog, test each dog and continuing their learning at home will keep them engaged and always aware of their behavior!
Basic Obedience - $800
The Basic Obedience Program is a one month program with all the training being conducted on the property. 100% of the training is done on leash in a very controlled environment. The main commands being taught are ”Sit, Here, Heel, and Down”. We also fix other issues such as jumping, excessive barking, and pulling on the leash while walking. Through repitition and multiple daily sessions your pup will evolve into a well mannered member of the family To be enjoyed for years to come.
Requirements for the program at drop off are:
*Minimum age of 5 months
*Up to date vaccination records (to include Bordatella)
*Full training fee
Advanced Obedience - $1800
This Advanced program is a two month program that incorporates the basic program for the first month. All the same commands are used. Then pup will transition into the more advanced "off leash" training. During this program more distractions are added to ensure a higher level of proficiency and reliability out of pup. This program incorporates the use of an e-collar. Your pup will be conditioned to the collar as just another form of correction, not punishment, in a manner very similar to a leash correction. When pup graduates this program he/she will be polished and proficient and will graduate with a Dogtra e-collar of its own.
At the conclusion of the first month, a training session will be scheduled to train the owner on the basics portion of the training. We do this as to not overload the human with a ton of information all at once. We dont want any aspect of the training to get lost. So just like in training the pup we train the humans by teaching the basics and then teaching more advanced concepts. You can't do algebra without learning multiplication.
Upon graduation we spend ample time with you, the owner, to ensure you are trained in how to handle your pup and are knowledgeable in how to use your new collar.

*Current vaccination records to include Bordatella
*Full payment of training fee
Puppy potty Training - $1000
This Program is a four to six week program that incorporates the basic necessary interactions with your new pup.
At the conclusion of this program, your pup will be potty trained/crate trained. They will also have been introduced to basic training commands and requirements ("sit", "down") as well as leash presence, socialization and indoor manners.
Each puppy potty trains in their own time and will require you to keep up with and expand on their commands as they age. However, even though their attention span is small and they are easily excitable, they are still able to learn how to appropriately interact with the world around them.
Upon graduation we spend ample time with you, the owner, to ensure you are trained in how to handle your pup and are knowledgeable in how to continue their care at home.
Requirements for the program at drop off are:
*Food and any medications that will be consumed during their stay.
*Up to date vaccination records to include:
- Bordetella and ALL PARVO BOOSTERS complete for puppies
*Full payment of training fee

Once obedience is established, we will help you by concentrating on any behaviors or anxieties that you are uncomfortable with. Then we teach YOU how to reinforce their training, activities and schedule at home.

Occasionally, when they are ready for new things, we take our client dogs on field trips so that they are exposed to many different life scenarios that just cant be trained for In a home.
